It is no longer true that utilities will be on. On May 24 Martine Klein and I traveled almost 2 hours to Northridge, CA only to find the gas turned off by the sellers. The inspection might have been postponed if I did not have gas in my van. I connected it, fired up the water heater, tested the range, the utility room and the forced air unit in the attic. Martine and her buyer were so pleased that they authorized me to publish their picture at the home!
