Optional 90 day Home Warranty covers you from the inspection date through your escrow S&S Home Inspections is proud to announce our new 90 day Home Warranty that covers you against problems from the time of inspection to 21 days after your escrow closes. Be sure to ask for this if it is of interest. The cost is only 25 cents a day – $22.50 for the term.
